I am Beverly Ezebuike, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom. I run this website, beverlyezebuike.co.uk, and I am the data controller for the personal information described here. You can reach me through the enquiry form on my website.
This policy explains what personal information I collect through this website, why I collect it, who I share it with and the rights you have. It applies to visitors to the site and to people who send an enquiry or book a call.
Analytics cookies load only after you accept them on the banner shown on your first visit. I use Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site through anonymised heatmaps and session replays, and Google Analytics to understand traffic and where visitors come from. If you reject cookies, these tools do not run. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer.
I use a small number of trusted providers who process data on my behalf. These are Netlify for hosting the site and handling form submissions, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics for website analytics, Cal.com for bookings, Make or Zapier for routing enquiries to me, and a messaging service (WhatsApp) for alerting me to urgent enquiries. Some of these providers are based outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States, and where that happens the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. I do not sell your personal information.
I keep enquiry and booking information for as long as I need it to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to me. Analytics information is kept according to the retention settings of Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics.
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how I use it and to ask for it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, get in touch through the enquiry form on my website and I will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. I would be grateful for the chance to put things right first, so please do contact me.
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
